About the Event
Join UBC faculty instructors Drs. Javer, Janjua, & Thamboo, and course co-directors from McGill University & University of Toronto for this special online course. Using advances in telesimulation and 3D-printing technology, this course will offer many benefits of a traditional sinus course, while respecting public health measures and even improving upon certain aspects of usual lab formats.
After attending this workshop, participant will:
- Review endoscopic & radiologic sino-nasal anatomy important for safe & successful sinus surgery
- Develop a surgical plan for performing ESS, including sphenoethmoidectomy & frontal recess dissection, based on case-specific CT anatomy
- Be familiar with required instrumentation
