About the Event

Join UBC faculty instructors Drs. Javer, Janjua, & Thamboo, and course co-directors from McGill University & University of Toronto for this special online course. Using advances in telesimulation and 3D-printing technology, this course will offer many benefits of a traditional sinus course, while respecting public health measures and even improving upon certain aspects of usual lab formats.

After attending this workshop, participant will:

  • Review endoscopic & radiologic sino-nasal anatomy important for safe & successful sinus surgery
  • Develop a surgical plan for performing ESS, including sphenoethmoidectomy & frontal recess dissection, based on case-specific CT anatomy
  • Be familiar with required instrumentation
