This week's talk is by Dr. Yvonne Chan, staff Otolaryngologist at U of T, who will present "Diversity & Discrimination in Otolaryngology". This is event is eligible for Section 2 credits.

About the Event
ENT CME is pleased to be hosting UBC Otolaryngology Grand Rounds, which will air on Wednesdays from 7 to 8 AM PST. This week's talk will be a collaboration with the University of Toronto. Dr. Yvonne Chan is the Canadian Chair for CME and will be presenting on "Diversity and Discrimination in Otolaryngology" for Departmental Grand Rounds. This is an non-accredited CME activity and is eligible for Section 2 credits.
OBJECTIVES
1. Describe the current trends in gender diversity among Canadian Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery leaders, trainees, and practicing physician
2. Identify the state of gender diversity amongst presenters and speakers at the annual CSO meeting
3. Determine the prevalence of perceived workplace mistreatment amongst OHNS trainees and practicing physicians
